Can a hard copy application that has been submitted be cancelled and an online application submitted instead? |

What happens if an application is submitted and the details then need to be changed? |

If, due to a change in circumstances, the applicant's personal details have changed, VETASSESS needs to be informed of these changes in writing. |

Can an application be started and then saved to be finished at a later date? |

An application can be saved at any stage and completed at a later date. To do this you need to click the 'save and exit' button
on each page of the application. This saves the information so that the application can be retrieved and completed later.
You will have an email and password which will allow you to log on again to continue and complete the application. |

How can the status and progress of an application be checked? |

The status and progress of applications can be checked by logging into the website and clicking My application status on the right-hand side of the screen. |
